Consumer – producer
Consumer-producer status is obtained by a legal entity that installs a photovoltaic system on the rooftop of the company's building, where part of the produced electricity is used for its own needs, and the surplus of produced electricity is transferred to the electricity grid and sold to the universal supplier or another supplier at a price determined by the Regulation on renewable energy sources or on the free market. The legal entity can conclude an agreement for the sale of electricity with the universal supplier or another supplier if the installed power of the PV system is not greater than 40 kW.
Producer
Producer status is obtained by a legal entity that installs a photovoltaic power plant on land converted for the construction of a photovoltaic power plant, where the entire production of electricity is handed over to the electricity grid and sold to the universal supplier or another supplier at a price determined on the free market.
